New Boiler:

Hurst’s Series 200 Boiler is a 2-pass dry back steam and hot water firetube boiler available in sizes from 15 hp to 800 hp and pressures up to 300 psi.  Boiler is constructed to strict ASME, Section 1 standards governing pressure vessels.  Complete packaged boiler includes rugged shell and insulated steel jacket mounted on steel skid.  The 200 Series can be paired with a burner from quality manufacturer ST Johnson for the complete package.

Features of the Hurst 200 Series include a large combustion chamber with low heat release, hinged front and rear doors for easy tube access, and 2-pass design which eliminates refractory baffles between flue gases.

The dry back design allows for full access to rear tubes, eliminating the need to enter the pressure vessel’s confined space.
