Faber’s Windbox Package Burners for watertube boilers up to 250,000 pph, burning many fuels including natural gas, #2 oil, heavy oil and more.  Complete packaged burner is custom designed to match exactly with boilers from quality manufacturers such as Cleaver Brooks and B&W.

Complete burner system consists of windbox, register, flame safeguard system, combustion controls, forced draft fan, safety limits and fuel train.  All components are completely built, mounted and tested by Faber utilizing industrial-grade materials.

All Faber Burners are designed to maximize a boiler’s efficiency by burning fuel in a high mix combustion with air to eliminate high levels of excess air.  This mixing process combined with a low pressure drop, high efficiency fan, low leakage inlet vortex control damper and premium efficiency motor, result in reduced power consumption.

Turndown ratios of 8:1 on oil and 10:1 on gas are capable with this burner, providing greater operating flexibility.
