New Boiler:

The Cleaver Brooks CBR Boiler is a four-pass, dry back firetube boiler with rifled tubes, available in sizes from 100 hp to 800 hp and steam pressures up to 250psi.  Boilers feature Cleaver Brooks’ patented integral burner and can burn natural gas, LPG, and #2 Oil. Boiler is constructed to strict ASME, Section 1 standards governing pressure vessels.  Complete packaged boiler includes rugged shell and insulated steel jacket mounted on steel skid.

The CBR is a 25% smaller than similar capacity boilers.  It uses rifled tubes and large furnace to maximize heat transfer and reduce physical size.  Other features include 30 ppm low NOx emissions, front and rear hinged doors for easy tube access, ultra quiet operation and greater fuel efficiency than comparable boilers.
