New Boiler:

The Cleaver Brooks CBL Boiler is a large three or four-pass, wet-back firetube boiler available in sizes from 900 hp to 1,800 hp and steam pressures up to 250psi.  Boilers can be combined with quality burner from ST Johnson and can burn either #2 oil, natural gas or LPG.  Boiler is constructed to strict ASME, Section 1 standards governing pressure vessels.  Complete packaged boiler includes rugged shell and insulated steel jacket mounted on steel skid.

Emission levels to 9PPM available with the CBL.  Other features include 5 sq ft per bhp heating surface area, large radiant furnace area, easy fireside and waterside access, and complete trim package.

The wet-back design protects the tubes from direct contact with hot flue gases allowing for better heat transfer and longer tube life.
